I ordered this on a Saturday and received on the following Tuesday. The floss was well packaged the prompt delivery was much appreciated. The floss was, as always, exactly what I was expecting.

I purchased several skeins of this silk and within a few minutes I received a phone call asking what I wanted to do because they didn't have the quantity I ordered. I was okay with them sending what they had. I received my package two days later. The silk was beautiful. This was the best customer service I have every received when ordering something online.
