This pincushion is a functional and practical addition to any sewists tools; additionally, it is also an attractive accessory. I feel like I am a bit more dressed-up while sewing. I also purchased a second one as a gift. Seems a bit expensive, but definitely worth the self-indulgence. You deserve it.

I bought a pair of 5" dovo scissors 30+ years ago!! Im still using them now and have only had to have them sharpened once. If anybody is wondering about the quality of the scissors I would recommend them to anybody looking to buy them! They're made with great steel, they look good and they stay sharp for a very very long time! I'm looking to buy another set For trimming my mustache. :-)

As far as my purchases, I have to say that the Glorana silk in Havana was beautifully soft, and gorgeous in colors. I will keep this in mind when working to kit up any future special projects that I think require that special thread.

These are the needles that I always use, but I love getting them in bulk. So much easier than getting ten little packages.

These scissors are LOVELY. Nice and sharp, and the colors are just as represented in the picture. They were a little longer than I expected, but they were so nice otherwise, and I got used to them quickly. Highly recommend.
