Blackbird Sweet August

Sweet August is the August chart in the Blackbird Designs Monthly Stocking Series. Three late-summer counted cross stitch mini stocking designs are included: Wild Sunflower (46W x 79H), Roadside Thistle (45W x 75H), and Gentle Poppy (41W x 74H). Each finishes approximately 3" x 5" over two threads on 30 count linen.

Models were stitched on 30 count R&R Reproductions linens (Creek Bed Brown, Anntique Hydranga, and Dye Pot Blend). Threads include Crescent Colours (Cocoa Bean, Hickory Sticks, Magnolia Blossom, Poblano Pepper, Snowball, Sunflower, Tomatillo, Weeping Willow, Pixie Dust, Purple Aster) and Classic Colorworks (Pumpkin Harvest, Lobster Claw, Tangerine, Wisconsin Woods).
