Shipping

Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed — packed with care, Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays.

All orders ship via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout, and our rates are a bit lower than standard USPS pricing.

Order Minimum

There is a $25.00 minimum on all orders, including international. If you'd like to place a smaller order, just email us with what you need — we can send you a $3.99 invoice fee to cover handling and the PayPal invoice fee, and we'll get it shipped. We reserve the right to work on all $25+ orders first to keep our website order shipping speeds fast. Please do not call with small order requests, we will ask you to email us.

International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated by weight at checkout. Please note that the $25 order minimum applies to all international orders with no exceptions.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or doesn't match its website description, we'll make it right.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, or inaccurate description), we cover return shipping. In cases where we agree to accept a return as a courtesy, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Because our products are specialty needlework supplies, all sales are final unless there's an issue with the item you received.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us and we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Store credit refunds are typically processed within one business day.

Original payment method refunds are processed through PayPal and generally take 2–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates expire one year after purchase. If your certificate has expired, just send us an email — we're happy to reactivate it for you at no charge.
