I absolutely love snipping threads with my new Curved Blade Ringlock scissors. The only regret is that I didn't order them a long time ago. I suffer with Essential Tremor which sometimes causes my hands to really shake and I had become very cautious about snipping threads on my cross-stitching projects with my straight blade Premax Ringlock scissors. I was always afraid I would slip and clip threads of the fabric I was stitching on. Now, I can "snip away" and not worry about cutting my fabric. Thanks Anita's Little Stitches for the fast service and great packaging.
This is a great pair of embroidery scissors! Very sharp and the curved tips have just the right amount of curve to get those close cuts, without damaging my ground fabric. They are my favorite pair and I always grab for them first. As always, Anita shipped quickly and answered all the questions I had beforehand. This site is quickly becoming one of my favorite shops for all of my cross stitch and embroidery items!
I have been using these scissors for several years. They are still as good as the day I bought them. I have both the straight ones and curved ones. They are the only scissors in my stitiching bag, or I should say, bags! I would recommend these scissors to anyone looking for long-lasting, well-constructed, and sharp pair of scissors.
These are a great pair of scissors. Really fine blades that allow you to cut Stumpwork close to the stitches without snipping the threads. I like the curved blade.
