My threads, minus the out-of-stock color, arrived in a timely fashion, more quickly than I'd expected. The packaging was minimal, which I like, but plenty to protect the threads through the mail system. I'm very happy with my purchase and the price and delivery and will be back for more colors. I know the quality of the threads already, and have used them for years. I've never had a problem with a single one. I use them for crazy quilting and emboridery.
