Color 1091 Whitewash comes from the Weeks Dye Works overdyed cotton line. Each skein is dyed by hand, so the tone moves subtly from one end to the other.
Fiber: 100% Egyptian cotton, six strands.
Yardage: 5 yards per skein in one continuous length.
Finish: Colorfast, hand dyed in North Carolina.
Good for counted cross stitch, needlepoint, punch needle, and applique on wool. Stranding the floss before it goes in the needle gives a flatter, more even stitch. Hand dyeing means no two lots match exactly. For larger projects, pick up all the skeins you need in one go.
