Weeks Dye Works Cattail 1107 is a six strand overdyed cotton floss dyed in small batches. The result is a shade that shifts gently across the skein.
Content: 100% Egyptian cotton in six divisible strands.
Skein: 5 yards, supplied as a single uncut length.
Finish: Colorfast. Made in the USA.
Use it for counted cross stitch on linen or evenweave, needlepoint on canvas, punch needle work, and wool applique. Separating the strands and recombining them before stitching keeps the thread lying flat. Hand dyeing means no two lots match exactly. For larger projects, pick up all the skeins you need in one go.
