Color 1127 Skinny Dip comes from the Weeks Dye Works overdyed cotton line. Each skein is dyed by hand, so the tone moves subtly from one end to the other.
Fiber: 100% Egyptian cotton, six strands.
Yardage: 5 yards per skein in one continuous length.
Finish: Colorfast, hand dyed in North Carolina.
Use it for counted cross stitch on linen or evenweave, needlepoint on canvas, punch needle work, and wool applique. Separating the strands and recombining them before stitching keeps the thread lying flat. Every batch is dyed by hand, so skeins from different lots will not match precisely. Plan the quantity for the whole piece up front.
