Color 1330 Baked Apple comes from the Weeks Dye Works overdyed cotton line. Each skein is dyed by hand, so the tone moves subtly from one end to the other.
Fiber: Six strand 100% Egyptian cotton.
Length: 5 yards per skein, wound as one continuous piece.
Finish: Colorfast, dyed in North Carolina.
Strand count is up to you. One or two strands suit finer linens for counted cross stitch, while four to six give full coverage on canvas. The same floss handles surface embroidery, punch needle, and stitching on wool. Every batch is dyed by hand, so skeins from different lots will not match precisely. Plan the quantity for the whole piece up front.
