This is Raspberry, color 1336 in the Weeks Dye Works overdyed floss line. Hand dyeing gives the thread a depth that flat commercial floss does not carry.
Fiber: 100% Egyptian cotton, six strand.
Put-up: One 5 yard skein in a single continuous length, not pre-cut.
Finish: Colorfast. Made in the USA.
Use it for counted cross stitch on linen or evenweave, needlepoint on canvas, punch needle work, and wool applique. Separating the strands and recombining them before stitching keeps the thread lying flat. Dye lots differ from batch to batch. If the color covers a lot of ground in your design, buy the full amount together.
